A Flurry of Activity
“Progress is a nice word. But change is its motivator. And change has its enemies.” – Robert Kennedy
Some people claim to like change. I believe they are more likely to embrace change. I don’t have to remind you that the volume of issues and events that we are seeing in the health care world and, more specifically, the chiropractic profession is daunting. The changes in governmental requirements, insurance demands, electronic records, patients’ expectations, and increased scrutiny can seem overwhelming to many in the profession.
The Illinois Chiropractic Society knows the changes appear overwhelming and is working on your behalf to the greatest extent that our resources allow. We are scheduling a large number of regional educational events, have bolstered the informational track at our conference in October, are soon announcing more information-packed webinars, and are launching a new information-packed website to assist chiropractic physicians through these transitions.
