Support the Profession and Enter the 2018 Raffle
The ILChiro PAC promotes and defends chiropractic in Illinois on a year-round basis. Our work never stops. While this year’s legislative session began in January, we have been actively working on several pieces of legislation, even before the session started.
We have filed legislation that would allow chiropractic physicians to remove an athlete from play, as well as return the athlete to play, following a concussion. Additionally, we have supported various other pieces of legislation that would benefit the chiropractic profession.
While we have been supporting legislation, we have also opposed various pieces of legislation that we believe are harmful to our patients and profession. One such bill would allow physical therapists the ability to treat and diagnose patients without a physician referral. This session is far from over, and there will be many other pieces of legislation to follow in the days and weeks to come.
Support your ILChiro PAC
These achievements would not be possible without the sponsorship and assistance of those legislators who have supported and continue to support chiropractic. The ILChiro PAC needs your continued assistance to provide financial support for legislators who advance the interests of our profession and our patients before the General Assembly. Therefore, we are asking you to donate to the ILChiro PAC today.
If you donate to the ILChiro PAC today, you will be entered in for a chance to win an Amazon Echo Show or a GoPro Camera Set. The drawing for the Amazon Echo Show will be held on May 5, 2018, at the 2018 HIPAA Workshop: Protecting Your Practice class in Springfield, IL. The drawing for the GoPro Camera Set will be held at the 2018 ICS Chicago National Convention on October 6, 2018, in Naperville, Illinois. You do not need to be present to win. Chiropractic physicians who donate to the PAC monthly have already been entered into the drawing.
