Most chiropractors enjoy treating torticollis patients. Medicare recently released three clarifications on documentation requirements. Documentation is not only critical for proper reimbursement but is also necessary for risk management and continuity of care. Providers must maintain proper documentation even for the cash patient to decrease the risk of allegations of negligence or malpractice. Electronic health records (EHR) are effective to provide accurate records in an efficient manner.

If your household is anything like mine, late spring and early summer is prime time for getting the house in order. Windows are flung open, closets and drawers cleared of clutter, seasonal clothing swapped out, and everything else dusted, swept, vacuumed, and polished to a shine. It feels like utter chaos while it’s happening, but oh, the peace of mind that follows!
