Both the Illinois Chiropractic Society and I have received numerous calls regarding the Common Fund Doctrine. For those that know, let’s revisit it. For those that have not heard of it, let’s start learning.

In a written opinion just released, the Illinois Supreme Court has ruled that attorneys who recover money for injured parties may not deduct legal fees from health care providers.
