Understandably, no one is happy to hear that he or she is the subject of a license investigation by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR). However, as with any other worrisome situation, lack of knowledge about the process causes much of the trauma. In addition to the information it provides about media use by the young, it also is able to track the changes in media habits, as well.
