We know that you often feel alone when it comes to running your practice, and we know that the complexity, the ambiguity and the fear of compliance related issues, we know it can be daunting. So, we at the ICS do everything in our power to help you overcome that uncertainty. You know, at the fall convention, we’re going to provide you a new way of tackling these issues, giving you peace of mind about your practice and letting you get back to what matters most, and it’s treating your patients. So at the fall convention, we’re going to have a three-hour workshop on Friday evening that is really designed to help you look at all of these key compliance areas and give you practical examples and practical tools to take back with you on Monday morning. We’re going to discuss business entity formation, not just the formation, but the ongoing maintenance. We’re going to talk about ADA requirements and everything that is required in your practice surrounding the Americans with Disabilities Act. We’re going to talk about patient right of access. We’re going to talk about OSHA being a whole lot more than just blood-borne pathogens. It means more to you and your practice. And we’re going to also talk about many other things. We’re going to give some additional value adds, or we’re going to cover broader course topics, including things like improper advertising, good faith estimates, discounts, and posting the appropriate fees in your practice and understanding employment rules to prevent IRS penalties and misclassifications. We’re going to talk about things like Statusfi, and we’re going to talk about ways to overcome all of those requirements utilizing tools that are already available to you at your fingertips.

So, I would encourage you to jump out, take a look at the entire lineup.
