Each year, the Illinois Chiropractic Society names an Illinois’ chiropractic physician “Chiropractic Physician of the Year.” Nominations for this prestigious award come from ICS members and their staff. Recipients of the Chiropractic Physician of the Year award are physicians who “go above and beyond” for their local community and the chiropractic profession.

In Illinois, Governor Pritzker has issued a proclamation to designate October 2019 as Chiropractic Health Care Month. The proclamation highlights the benefits and importance of chiropractic care throughout the State.

Illinois Legislature Extends IDFPR Entity Registration Cycle to Three Years

The law was recently amended so that each entity registration (license) issued or renewed on January 1, 2019, is effective until January 1, 2022, and each subsequent renewal is effective for three years. The fee for registration renewal for a medical corporation, PSC, or PLLC, is $40 for the full three-year period.
