UHC and AETNA: ICS is Gathering Data!

The Illinois Chiropractic Society is gathering data from chiropractic physicians in Illinois regarding two different insurance companies: UnitedHealthcare (Optum and ACN Group) and Aetna.

We are asking you to take a few short minutes and complete a 15 question survey in order for the ICS to more appropriately determine our next course of action. The survey will only be open for a few short days; please take time today.
