The Illinois Chiropractic Society has launched a completely rebuilt ilchiro.org, designed to make the resources and benefits of your ICS membership easier to find, easier to use, and more useful in your day-to-day practice.
This is more than a new look. The new site changes how you interact with ICS, bringing Paxson, search, continuing education, practice resources, and member-only tools together in one easier-to-use experience.

More of What You Need, With Less Searching
The new ilchiro.org replaces the old site’s experience with a single, smarter way to find ICS resources.
The new Find search searches across all articles, videos, and continuing education, so you no longer have to figure out where to look first. The redesigned Knowledge Hub and Forms & Templates Library also make it easier to find the information and tools you need.
Longer articles now include features such as estimated reading times and “In this article” navigation, helping you get to the information that matters without digging through an entire page.
Paxson Is Now Part of the Site
For members, one of the biggest changes is the new Paxson experience.
Paxson is now available throughout ilchiro.org, so you can ask questions without leaving what you’re doing or searching for the tool. Logged-in members can also access their Paxson conversation history, making it easier to return to previous questions and continue where you left off.
Members can also use “Summarize this article with Paxson” to quickly get the key points from an article and then ask follow-up questions about that specific content.
In other words, Paxson is no longer simply something you visit. It’s becoming part of how you use the entire ICS website.
Turn What You’re Reading Into CE
The new site also connects ICS education more directly to the information you’re already using.
When an article has related continuing education courses, those courses can now be presented alongside the article. Instead of searching the CE catalog separately, you can move directly from learning about a topic to earning CE on it.
Your Membership, More Useful
The new site puts more of your member benefits within reach.
Members have access to enhanced Paxson capabilities, AI-powered article interaction, member-only resources, and tools that are not available to the public. The site also makes it easier to access ICS advocacy resources, forms and templates, events, videos, Governmental Relations and PAC information, and other member benefits.
One example is the new Illinois Healthcare Lien Calculator, built specifically for ICS members. The tool helps calculate the collectible portion under the Illinois Lien Act and can generate a ready-to-send attorney response.
It’s a good example of what we’re aiming for with the new site: not simply giving you information, but giving you tools that help you act on it.
