2025 Year-End Review
This is a snapshot of what your Illinois Chiropractic Society membership delivered for you in 2025 and why that investment continues to matter to your practice and the profession.
Tools That Save Time and Reduce Risk
In 2025, ICS focused relentlessly on making membership practical by expanding Statusfi into a true compliance command center, adding smarter alerts, clearer next steps, FastPass guidance, and integrated AI support so members could manage HIPAA, OSHA, Medicare, employment, and business requirements faster and with more confidence, reducing risk while reclaiming time.
Paxson: A Smarter Way To Support Members
ICS also took a major step forward by expanding Paxson, our purpose-built AI assistant trained exclusively on ICS-vetted content and real member questions, giving doctors immediate, Illinois-specific answers while reinforcing an essential guardrail: AI should support informed decision-making, not replace professional judgment. Paxson reflects your investment in scalable, modern infrastructure that delivers trusted guidance without sacrificing accuracy, context, or human oversight.
Advocacy That Protects Your Practice
Your ICS investment ensured a constant presence in Springfield throughout 2025 as more than 6,000 bills were introduced and roughly 1,500 advanced, with ICS monitoring, analyzing, and communicating what mattered most so legislative threats never moved quietly and opportunities to protect or advance chiropractic were never missed.
Education That Meets Real-World Needs
Through live conventions, targeted webinars, on-demand CE, and ongoing coding and compliance education, ICS delivered education designed for immediate use, helping members protect revenue, reduce audit exposure, and stay current on rapidly changing requirements specific to Illinois chiropractic practices.
Visibility That Advances The Profession
ICS elevated chiropractic statewide by securing the Governor’s Chiropractic Health Care Month proclamation and equipping members with a 31-post turnkey social media campaign, giving doctors professional, ready-to-use messaging that reinforced chiropractic’s value and strengthened public perception across Illinois.
Bottom line: ICS membership is not a cost of doing business, it is a strategic investment in protection, efficiency, credibility, and the long-term strength of chiropractic in Illinois.
