May chiropractors do TB Skin Tests?

Legal Counsel for ICS is of the opinion that chiropractic physicians should not administer TB tests. The problem is not in the skin scratching, DCs may do venipuncture for diagnostic purposes, use acupuncture, etc. The barrier is the substance administered in the scratch, which is a prescriptive substance.
