“FinCEN” BOI Reporting Requirement Eliminated for US Companies (Updated 3/21/2025)
FinCEN has announced an interim final rule, effective March 21, 2025, that removes the BOI reporting requirements for all U.S. companies and individuals. This update means Illinois chiropractic physicians and healthcare providers no longer need to file BOI reports, but they should stay informed for any future changes.
