After a busy legislative session in 2025, Governor JB Pritzker last year signed into law a number of bills that may have an impact on the practice of chiropractic physicians in Illinois. Most of these became effective on January 1, 2026.
A change was made for those physicians who continue to hold a license to practice but are no longer working for pay. Many of these physicians are working on a volunteer basis.
