Governor Quinn has appointed Dr. Douglas Matzner (Champaign, IL) as the Chiropractic Physician member. The MLB reviews medical license applications and examinations; approves rules promulgated by department; may condition or restrict any license issued.
The ICS would like to congratulate former ICS President and the 2010 Chiropractor of the Year recipient to his new appointment and leadership role within the profession!
