Dr. Glaser academically holds a doctorate from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine and is the founder and CEO of Sole Supports, Inc. He was in private practice for 13 years before dedicating all of his energies to the development of his MASS Posture Theory and Orthotic Design. He has earned a substantial national and international reputation for re-visioning and re-engineering foot orthotics and the way practitioners can significantly correct poor biomechanics in the foot and lower extremity and ultimately the entire body.

Dr. Marty Kotlar is the President of Target Coding. Dr. Kotlar has owned and operated a successful chiropractic multi-specialty practice. He began his consulting career with a special emphasis on CPT coding, billing, reimbursement, documentation, and compliance for chiropractic and multi-specialty facilities. Dr. Kotlar is Certified in CPT Coding, a Certified Professional Compliance Officer, and a member of the American Chiropractic Association and American Academy of Professional Coders.

Dr. Farabaugh has serves as VP and National Physical Medicine Director for Advanced Medicine Integration Group, LP (AMI). He has held numerous positions in chiropractic, including President of the Central Ohio and Ohio State Chiropractic Associations, appointments to the Healthcare Quality Advisory Council  and State Chiropractic Board, and Chairman of the ACA’s Research Advisory Board. He has been on the Official Disability Guidelines Editorial Advisory Board since 2012 and was elected to the Council on Chiropractic Education. He has published around 15 peer-reviewed articles, provided expert testimony in over 100 malpractice cases, and was pivotal in establishing one of the first free chiropractic clinics in Columbus.

Dr. Robert Silverman is a chiropractic doctor, clinical nutritionist, national/international speaker, author of Amazon’s #1 bestseller “Inside-Out Health,” founder and CEO of Westchester Integrative Health Ctr. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Bridgeport College of Chiropractic and has a Masters of Science in human nutrition.  Dr. Silverman is on the advisory board for the Functional Medicine University and is a seasoned health and wellness expert on both the speaking circuits and the media.

Melinda Malecki is a Health Law attorney with 30 years of corporate, regulatory, and risk management experience. She provides legal counsel, corporate compliance, and risk management services to physicians, practitioners, safety net hospitals and healthcare organizations, including federally qualified health centers.
