100 Years, Worth Celebrating

Three days of learning, competition, and connection, capped by one unforgettable night.
One hundred years ago, seven chiropractic physicians filed a piece of paper with the State of Illinois. During the celebration weekend, hundreds of us filled a ballroom to celebrate what they started. Three days of learning, competition, and connection, capped by one unforgettable night. If you were there, this was your weekend. If you were not, here is what (and who) you missed.

The Learning

The weekend opened with Dr. Ryan Rieder and the first of three high-impact mornings on marketing, communication, and team building, built for doctors and their teams alike.

The Golf Outing

Friday afternoon, the celebration moved outdoors to Willow Crest for fresh air, light competition, and the kind of conversations that only happen over eighteen holes.

The Gala

Roaring Twenties. A formal affair. Cocktails, dinner, and a century of history around every wall, some of it out of the box for the first time in fifty years. We honored the past presidents in the room, Dr. Christine Becker, Dr. David Flatt, Dr. Joseph Ferstl, Dr. Vijay Patel, and Dr. Erin Strauch, and the seven who started it all in 1926. Then Windy City Dueling Pianos played, and there was dancing, incredible conversation, celebrating, and talk about the next 100 years.

Our fantastic Wall of Chiropractic History was created by ICS Centennial Celebration Chairwoman Dr. Tammy St. John, with help from her husband, Dennis. Her creativity and personal touches truly elevated the entire celebration!
