Monica Schnack DC, CCSP
Chairperson: Executive Committee;
Chairperson: Human Resources Committee;
Appoints all committees excepts as provided in the Constitution;
Provides direction to the Executive Director in carrying out the policy decisions and actions of the Board;
Decides all questions of law and order and appeals submitted to the President which shall stand unless reversed by a vote of the Society;
Member of all committees (exofficio).

David Flatt DC, DABCO
Member of the Executive Committee;
Chairperson: Finance Committee;
Chairperson: Membership Committee;
Chairperson: Constitution and Bylaws;
Chairperson: Medicare Sub-Committee (under Health Care Delivery Systems);
Additional responsibilities include: budget, bylaws, and resolutions;
Performs the duties of the President in the President's absence.

Second Vice President
Andrew Dykeman DC
Member of the Executive Committee;
Chairperson: Convention Committee;
Chairperson: Technology Sub-Committee (under Quality Assurance);
Responsible for conventions, seminars, workshops and professional education.
Dr. Dykeman graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic in December 2003. Dr. Dykeman practices in East Alton, Illinois at Rosewood Chiropractic Clinic. Most recently, Dr. Dykeman completed his term as President of the Wood River Rotary Club and has served on the Madison County Health Department Advisory Committee as well as various positions within the Board of the Illinois Chiropractic Society. Dr. Dykeman currently maintains membership in the American Chiropractic Association, International Chiropractors Association, Logan College Alumni Association, Missouri State Chiropractic Association, Wood River Rotary Club and the Illinois Chiropractic Society.

Julie Bird DC
Member of the Executive Committee;
Keeps records of the minutes of all proceedings of the Board and Society;
Preserves appropriate papers and documents;
Prepares annual reports.

Treasurer
- Keeps account of all monies;
- Keeps seaparate accounting for each member and business associate of the Society's;
- Notifies members of the levy of dues, assessments and other charges (when necessary).
